They have restaurant that offered Western, Traditional, and Asian menus. And also the Bar called Barcha (Bar at Chanti) located in the Lobby of Hotel Chanti. Barcha has a millennial-luxury concept that is aimed at the youth market target. The Coffee Bar concept offered various modern coffee menus. They also have a signature menu, It’s called Chanti milk coffee. It has a different taste from other coffee shops and is more special because it’s served in a “Blirik” cup which makes this menu even more iconic.
Then We look at their daily Bar workflow, Bejo Santoso as Food & Beverage Manager of Hotel Chanti confirms that the first thing they do is the preparations including checking and ensuring material quality, material availability, and calibration. Then they make sure of cleanliness and tidiness. And the last checklist is the readiness of the serving menu.
